  Horrible. The workers were very passive aggressive and wouldn't even look at my papers. The lines were three hours just to take a written test, long lines and hot inside.

  Many of the employees working here need a heavy-handed lesson in customer service. While I'm sure there exists at least one pleasant person who works at some point during the week for this office, I have not met them. My wife and I walked in the other day to find out that many or all of the people already there had been waiting for an hour or more. Waiting is part of life. I get that. But when people wait, they get antsy. They get upset. Part of good customer service is recognizing your customers' discomfort and appeasing them to some extent. This doesn't have to be any more involved than "Ladies and gentlemen, we apologize for the unusually long wait-time, but we're understaffed today. We understand and apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience" The sign said "please stand here and wait to be assisted by a member of our staff," or something to that effect. So I stood. And I waited. In a very quiet room in plain view of the staff who stole furtive glances in our direction, but made absolutely no move toward acknowledging our presence or "assisting" us. So, we left.
