  Yes this place is somewhat expensive but they have nice things. These people are not rude so y'all need to lay off. I love toms coins and continue to go there. Will be going to see him tomorrow... If y'all don't like going there then stop going, these comments y'all are leaving are ridiculous

  When I think of coins I think of numismatics and investments. Tom's Coins is neither of these but rather a joke. The other negative and unbiased reviews didn't explain this so i will. Would you pay $8 dollars a gallon for gas when it's $2.50. No. Then why does this shop sell silver eagles starting at $9 dollars over spot? Why do they sell 1 oz gold eagles for $120 dollars over spot? Why do they sell low grade and cleaned coins for 2x and 3x the metal value? Why do they use imaginary prices instead of well defined prices for a paying customer ready to make an investment? It's not for overhead because look at all the crap piled up in the back of the store to where you can't move around. It's because he wants to make a buck off you and if you don't like it you can leave. So I'm telling you to stay the hell out of this store and use your head. A dealer can sell gold and silver when the spot price drastically falls and he can lower his prices. He just orders a replacement for what he sold and the spread will cover the profits. Tom's Coins doesn't do this. Vote with your hard earned money and go elsewhere.
