- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife and I applied for her social security card one month ago at this office. The bald guy behind the counter was as ignorant an uneducated as I have ever seen. He proceeded to lecture us on how he thinks the federal government works, which was not related to his task. He became aggressive and two people had to step in. The next week I returned. Everything seemed well. Tonight after waiting three hours on the phone, we found out that the department spelled my wife's name wrong. This is uncalled for and I think this office needs new management. I will never ever go to this office for anything important. I wouldn't if I were you as well.By Stephen Lilly, December 01, 2016
